“Where do I begin? How can I possibly face the challenge of putting into words the enormitiy of my gratitude to you for making my daughter's wedding into the night of our dreams?
From the very beginning until the very end you have been a tower of strength and joy to work with as our wedding planner. You are always full of enthusiasm and eternal patience, professional in your attitude, courteous, helpful, efficient as well as a calming influence on us all and above all totally honest and trustworthy. In short an absolute marvel! Moreover at the wedding party itself you handled every eventuality and surprise perfectly and professionally.
I would highly recommend you, without hesitation, to anyone.
Thank you so much Joan from the bottom of my heart for keeping "us" on as your clients as I am certain "we" were rather difficult at times, and if I were you I am sure I would have said "push-off" to us long ago!!!
I will always cherish in my heart every moment of 06/09/09 the day Lara married Jamie and it was all because of you. So many Israeli friends have called to me and said that they have never ever been at a more beautiful and special wedding. It was so different. Thank you Joan”

Just wanted to say again thank you for everything this year. DVD just magical, we both shed tears watching it. Its only when you see the video and all the details like flowers and organisation we realise how perfect you helped us make it.”

“Following our decision to get married in Israel, Gabby and I began the difficult task of choosing a wedding planner. It was important to us to find an individual who we could trust implicitly to make reliable recommendations and suggestions based on their experience with vendors they had previously worked with in Israel. Planning a wedding is a challenging task, but doing it from 7,563 miles away is almost impossible. Unless of course you have the good fortune to find professionals like Joan and Onnie.
It was during our first conversation with Joan that we knew we had found the perfect fit. Joan immediately made us feel comfortable with her warm caring nature and confident in her extensive knowledge and experience with wedding planning.
After many months, and hundreds of emails back and forth we had the pleasure of meeting Joan and Onnie on our arrival in Israel. From the second we got there we realized that everything has already been completed to perfection and that we could relax for the few days before the wedding. How much better can it get?
The knowledge and attention they give to each detail is amazing. Our wedding went off with such a hit and we still have people calling us to brag about how beautiful and charming the whole evening was. From the littlest things to the most important Anglo Israel Events is by far the most qualified.
We would recommend their services to anyone!
Feel free to ask them for our contact information if you would like more details.”

We have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Joan.
We married on 2nd November at The Dan Eilat. The reception and chupah were held outside on the terrace and then we had a 3 course dinner dance for our 80 guests. It is a second marriage for both of us and we wanted something very simple and elegant that involved all our five children. We only decided to get married in June so had 5 months to organise everything. From the first email I sent Joan to the night of the wedding she was beyond compare.
Joan dealt direct with the Dan on menus, either emailing or faxing me almost daily to discuss everything. She found the photographer for us - who was fantastic. We have 900 photos and a 5 hour dvd and are having trouble chosing the 300 photos for the digitally produced album.
Joan recommended the band. They are out of this world. We had a real party that went on until 1am and every one of our guests said they had never heard a band like them. They actually fly to London and so Avi (the band leader) will always come and see you at home in London. Everything we asked for was as we wanted including "our song" which they had to learn and practice!!! They included all our guests in the party and made sure everyone was up dancing all night. THere was a mixture of Israeli and mixed dancing and they really were the best band we have ever seen or heard.
Joan also dealt with a Friday night dinner the night after the wedding for 50 members of our family on a private terrace at the hotel with Cheva Brachot. It was also exactly as we wanted and was all arranged by Joan.
I work full time so basically handed everything over to her to organise, hairdresser (very important!!!), flowers, table decorations, bouquets, menus, and most importantly the paperwork to get married in Israel. We had quite definate ideas about what we wanted and every single thing was fulfilled from beginning to end. Joan arrived in Eilat on the Wednesday and stayed until Friday morning and she was quietly in the background the whole time making sure everything ran to time (impossible in Israel but she achieved it) and that every single item was as we wanted.
Joan was very quick to respond to every query I had. She was actually in London for a few days before the wedding so we had the opportunity to meet face to face which was helpful but even without that there really was no problem dealing with everything by email. She kept me informed at all times of what was happening and it was really only in the last couple of weeks that we spoke on the phone maybe once a week to check everything before the wedding. step of the way.
Our Rabbi actually flew out to marry us and Joan dealt with him and the Rabbinate in Eilat to make sure everything was agreed prior to our arrival in Israel. Our visit to the Rabbinate took about 30 minutes and as Joan had dealt with everything and al the paperwork was there it was a simple procedure.
I know it is quite daunting to think about organising a wedding abroad and I would not have attempted it without the services of someone like Joan. For us it was without doubt the right decision and we have said in the two weeks since our return that there is not one thing or one second of the whole week we were in Eilat we would change. It is also so much more relaxed - we were lying by the pool on the morning of our wedding and had lunch with all our children before getting ready (our chupah was at sunset at 6pm).
We would both recommend Joan unreservedly.
